And if you choose to do so, you deserve to get a flower for yourself too. We have created for you a petal system to thank you virtually at least. For each purchase, you earn several petals you can use for your next order instead of money. Learn more about our Petal System.
What is the Petal System?
Petals are a bonus system designed for all customers of our online portals www.kvety.sk and www.kvety.sk/trade.
The Petal Account will be created automatically upon registration, so your petal garden will begin to expand from the first purchase. With every purchase, you get a petal for each Euro cent. Information about the number of petals is available next to each product, just look for the flower icon.

How does it work?
For whatever you buy from us, we will reward you with a couple of petals. If, for instance, you choose a bouquet worth 29.69 Euros, next to its name you will see the number of petals you may get. After completing your order, in this case, you will accrue 29 new petals on your account.
From that moment on, you become a virtual gardener. However, your Petal Account does not require any special care, because your petals increase with every purchase made. You can check the history of their collection and usage in your personal account overview. They are sorted from the most recent to the oldest ones and there you can find their total number. They are also displayed in the shopping basket as a discount amount. Simply click on the “Apply Petals” button and their value will be automatically deducted.
Petal System rules
Only customers registered on the portal of Kvety.sk, Ltd. may be members of the Petal System.
Petals are automatically allocated to properly issued and paid orders.
In case of canceled orders, the respective petals are automatically removed.
The petals are non-transferable, there is only one Petal Account per user.
Petals as a discount amount apply only on new orders; the System does not allow financial settlement or any other legal entitlement.
The Petal Account automatically expires three years from the day of the last activity on the user’s account. After this date, the accrued petals will be discarded without prior notice to the user.
