Delivery by couriers
during workdays
Delivery of shipments during workdays between 8:00 and 18:00 without a guarantee of the exact hour of delivery is subject to a fee of EUR 3,99 if the order value is less than EUR 100. If the value of the order is higher than EUR 100, a delivery fee 4 percent of the goods price is charged.

What if the order is not delivered
It may also happen that the shipment cannot be delivered within the specified time frame. In that case, you will be refunded an express delivery fee of 6 Euros for non-delivery by noon and 4 Euros for non-delivery by 14:00. No claim for full refund of shipping fees may be made if the delivery is successful later that day.
Since we care about delivering your gift in perfect condition, we only make use of courier services which include additional benefits:
- flat rate for deliveries anywhere in Slovakia to the consignee's first lockable door,
- possibility to select a specific delivery date at the moment of creating an order,
- online tracking of your order,
- possibility to repeat delivery attempt on the same day to the delivery address upon phone agreement with the courier,
- possibility to reschedule delivery to the next day upon phone agreement with the courier when the recipient is not at home on the day of delivery.
